This weekend was perfect.
We had sunshine, blue skies, lounging outside on blankets, sand between our toes, grass beneath our feet, blowing bubbles, a picnic, and best of all being outdoors.
On Saturday we spent some time together outside in our garden for the first time this year...
Lots of glorious sunshine...

On Sunday we got the picnic out...

We revisited the beautiful Assarancagh Waterfall (check out our first visit here), which looked much tamer yesterday than last time...

Then onto the fabulous Maghera Beach...
It felt like a million miles from home...
We managed to get into one of the caves before the tide came in...
It's amazing how much cooler it was in here...
Our Little Fella wasn't too sure about being sat down inside the cave...
Splashing in the sea is much better fun...
By the end of the day we were all full of sea air, had a few more freckles and were well tired.
What a great way to spend the weekend, hope yours was as full of good times xxx

Aw thanks so much Laura it is a great place and we've never been to that beach before but we'll be back. The picnic hamper was a wedding gift from two of our friends and one of the best things we got because we always use it. Thanks for stopping over.
