Photo of the Week
On Monday I took the children along with my sister for a drive to Mullaghmore in Co Sligo.
It's a very beautiful place with a stone built harbour and a very peaceful golden sandy beach - perfect for long walks.
This fabulous field of gold surrounds Classiebawn Castle former holiday retreat of Lord Mountbatten which sits up on the hilltop and is my photo of the week.
It's such a happy, colourful photo and one of those places where you just want to run wild through the open space and fill your lungs with glorious fresh air.
We are joining in with Team Lloyd's Photo of the Week.

I can't believe it's the weekend again, time really is flying.
Hope your weekend is great xx

Our Bank Holiday
Our three lovlies and me spent a lovely Bank Holiday Monday with my sister in the very beautiful and relaxing coastal village of Mullaghmore in Co Sligo.
Chilling out together is so hard to beat.
We had lunch at the Pier Head Hotel, a lovely friendly place to sit back and chat, watch the world go by.
The highlight of the day was having the first ice cream cone of the year - a 99 my favourite.
The perfect place to spend a Bank Holiday.
Hope your weekend was every bit as good.

Our Day at the Beach
There's nothing I enjoy more than lovely long walks along the beach and at the weekend that's where we headed for the afternoon.
The Donegal coastline stretches roughly about 770 miles so we are lucky to have some really beautiful beaches. The sun was shining and it felt great to get out, dust off the cobwebs and fill our lungs with fresh sea air.
That being said it was stormy but what can we expect from the Atlantic.

We had a lovely walk and then finished up with a delicious spot of lunch at The Gaslight Restaurant which was a great little find offering stunning views of the beach and it was a bit warmer indoors.
Saturdays are one of my favourite days of the week.
